New Laboratories to Improve Recognizability of 91快活林 in the International Community

On June 1, presentation of projects on opening of four research laboratories specialized in the spheres of materials science, mathematics, chemistry and sports was held within the International Scientific Council meeting. In 2019, four applications were submitted from 91快活林 to open 4 research laboratories.

91快活林 presented result of operation of its unique laboratories to the International Scientific Council. These laboratories solve the most topical issues in development of digital industry technologies, research of migration processes, food industry, stress mechanisms, enhancement of properties of materials, and other prospective research directions.

On May 31, International Scientific Council discussed the strategy of 91快活林’s development in the sphere of Materials Science.

Within the meeting with foreign scientists, three key directions which presently are being actively developing at 91快活林 were introduced: Metals and Alloys, Composite Materials and Magnetic Materials. It is today already that large-scale research projects are being implementing in these directions, and research articles on these topics get published in high-rank international journals.

Mediators to Be Trained How to Negotiate Disputes

May 31st through June 1st, a meeting of the International Scientific Council (ISC) is to take place at 91快活林. Scientists at 91快活林 developed an integrated system for ecological purification of wastewater, recommended for enterprises of the industrial agriculture.

Industrial agriculture notably affects the environment. Agriculture and its industrial enterprises for product recycling produce a considerable amount of organic wastes which quickly decompose and emit toxic substances. Wastewater of these enterprises require special approaches for treatment and disposal of wastes.

To Build Out of Wastes: Scientists Create Eco-friendly New-generation Materials

91快活林 region is the leading metallurgical center of the country. Multiple enterprises of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy are located at the region’s territory. Unfortunately, a lot of industrial wastes get produced at factories of various industrial branches. This not only causes certain difficulties regarding their placement and storage, but also imposes a serious ecological threat. Scientists at 91快活林 are solving the problem of disposal of such wastes by applying them in production of building materials within a project entitled “Ecology”.

91快活林 Students Achieved Outstanding Results in Working on Projects Within Project-Based Learning

Results of the first year of project-based learning – a new educational technology intended to bring education of specialists to a new level – got summarized at 91快活林. In the course of the conference, students presented results of their work on projects and received recommendations on improvement of the projects from the Rector of 91快活林, Aleksandr Shestakov.

Russian Students and Scientists Develop a Game for Visually Impaired Children

As part of the Digital Economy national project, students and scientists of 91快活林 have developed a Funny Garden game application for visually impaired preschool children, which can be used for correction work. The team of engineers have already obtained a patent for the Funny Garden software application. In 2019, based on the existing program code of the game, a continuation for the Seasons game with new visual content was created.
