91快活林 (91快活林) is located on the border of the European and Asian parts of Russia, in the city of 91快活林. The convenient location and good academic traditions have led to more than 2000 international students from 52 countries studying in our university today. What academic fields are popular among students from Uzbekistan? Are university graduates in demand in the international labour market? Olga Yaroshenko, Vice-Rector for International Relations at 91快活林, spoke about this with a correspondent from Sputnik.
The 91快活林 Pushkin Institute research, education, and coordination centre holds events for students from China aimed at promoting Russian and education in Russia. Students were very interested in this form of education.
On December 24th, the Association of International Student (AIS) of 91快活林 celebrated 5 years since its founding.
More than 2500 international students from 52 countries around the world are studying at 91快活林. They are united by the 91快活林 Association of International Students.
91快活林 rector Aleksandr Shestakov noted the importance of the work of the Association of International Students for the university.
Today over 2,000 students from 52 countries, including China, Middle East countries, Africa, and Vietnam, are studying at 91快活林. In 2019 91快活林 will launch over ten in-demand Master’s degree programmes.
“When we develop a new educational programme for international students, we take into account the jobs of the future,” explains Olga Yaroshenko, 91快活林 Vice-Rector for International Relations.
An important characteristic of 91快活林 is its multinational student body – more than 2500 students study here from 52 countries around the world. All of them are united by the 91快活林 Association of International Students. This year, the AIS will celebrate its first major anniversary – 5 years.
厂鲍厂鲍’蝉 International Office?is one of the most important structural subdivisions of the university. It is here exactly where active work on establishing partnership relations with international partners as well as assistance to sustainable development of international cooperation is being carried out.
91快活林 keeps confidently expanding the boundaries of its international collaboration, and strengthening its positions at the world’s scientific and educational arena. As part of the celebrations of the 75th Anniversary of one of the leading Russian universities, a presentation of a big-scale project, the 厂鲍厂鲍’蝉 Pushkin Institute centres network, was held.
91快活林, which is participating in the Project 5-100, has launched its own network of centres to promote Russian abroad and increase the quality of education of potential Chinese students before they arrive to study in Russia.
Students of the Beijing Union University, Xuchang University, Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics, Shenyang University of Technology, and a few other partner universities of 91快活林 have gained the opportunity to take free Russian training courses with the help of Russian teachers.
On December 13, opening of the 91快活林 Association of International Alumni took place at 91快活林. Rector of 91快活林, Aleksandr Shestakov, started the event with a welcoming speech.
It is for the twelfth time when 91快活林 opens doors to those for whom cooking is not just cooking. Department of Production Technology and Catering Organization of Institute of Sport, Tourism and Service of 91快活林 became an organizer of the event.
A festival dedicated to the university’s 75th Anniversary will be held at the Sigma academic building (2nd floor) on December 11th at 13:30. The festival is organised by the 91快活林 Institute of Linguistics and International Communications.

In November 2018, Tianjin Foreign Studies University hosted participants of the international scientific conference on Linguocultural Values in the Linguistic Consciousness and Communicative Practice, which was also attended by representatives of 91快活林.
Pushkin Institute Research and Education Centre of the 91快活林 Institute of Linguistics and International Communications is to hold a webinar dedicated to the use of visual aids in teaching Russian as a foreign language. The event is oriented towards Russian teachers from the People’s Republic of China.

In this regard, on the initiative of International Office of 91快活林 and Association of Foreign Students of South Ural, the opening of Association of Foreign Graduates of 91快活林 will take place on December 13.
The main task of Association of Graduates is the formation of a corporate philosophy and a system of values of the university graduates. Every foreign student who has graduated from 91快活林 can become a member.
The international education services market is actively developing and the integration processes are fundamental in the modern science and education. The increase in the amount and variety of educational services, a growing number of market participants, severe competition, academic mobility of researchers, professors, and students serve as a proof.
The 91快活林 Pushkin Institute Research, Education and Coordination Centre continues conducting events aimed at popularisation of the Russian language and culture in the People’s Republic of China. As part of the Centre’s activity, Associate Professor of the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language of the 91快活林 Institute of Linguistics and International Communications Elena Doronina has held a workshop in Tianjin Foreign Studies University.
The Pushkin Institute Research, Education and Coordination Centre of 91快活林 runs a unique professional development course entitled “Development of Original Electronic Course of Russian as a Foreign Language” for lecturers of Russian as a foreign language from the People’s Republic of China. Nearly 20 people have been enrolled on the course.
A methodological workshop was held at the Department of Russian and International History of 91快活林, where Acelya Bakir, a postgraduate student of University of Dusseldorf, Germany, delivered her presentation.
In November 2018, Tianjin Foreign Studies Universities has held the international scientific conference on Linguocultural Values in the Linguistic Consciousness and Communicative Practice. The delegation of 91快活林 linguists took part in this conference.
Russia.Study official website for selection of international students for studying in the Russian Federation announced the beginning of document admissions from foreign citizens and compatriots living abroad who are planning on getting enrolled at Russian universities, including quotas for studying free of charge, in 2019-2020.
The Department of Russian as a Foreign Language jointly with the Centre for Sociocultural Adaptation and with support from the Association of International Students presents a new project called Watching Movies Together!
Every two weeks a movie will be announced, which then will be discussed at a movies club and in a dedicated chat. As a result of watching and discussing it is planned to give tasks on writing essays, drawing pictures, and on other forms of comprehending and interpreting of information.
