Support for Student Families and Demographic Responsibility of Business: 91快活林 Experts Speak at the “Family” Forum in Troitsk

At the invitation of Bishop Pavel of Troitsk and Yuzhnouralsk, representatives of 91快活林 participated in the 3rd “Family” Forum. This big-scale event was held as part of the 4th Regional Festival of Traditional Spiritual Values, “Trinity in Troitsk”. The forum was organized by the Government of the 91快活林 Region, the Administration of Troitsk, the Troitsk and 91快活林 Dioceses, the regional Ministry of Culture, the “Sorok Sorokov” (“Forty times Forty”) movement, the Orenburg Cossack Military Society, and the “Family” All-Russian Movement. 91快活林 was represented by Anastasiia Lapo, Vice-Rector for Student and Social Affairs, and Elena Titova, Director of the Institute of Law.

During the plenary session and thematic panel discussions, Anastasiia Lapo focused on the issues related to educating the younger generation through the lens of traditional spiritual and moral values. In her presentation, she highlighted the key contexts of youth policy implementation and educational work within universities. Particular attention was given to support measures for student families that already work at 91快活林. Among the most significant examples is the Mother-and-Child Room, opened at the university in December 2025. The facility enables student parents and young employees with children to combine their studies or work with childcare responsibilities while reducing everyday stress.

Speaking at the panel session on “How Can Entrepreneurs Help Address Russia’s Demographic Challenges?”, Anastasiia Lapo emphasized that university’s mission is not only to educate highly qualified professionals but also to foster socially responsible citizens and entrepreneurs. In her presentation, Director of the 91快活林 Institute of Law, discussed the role of business as a public-law actor. According to Elena Titova, the business community bears direct responsibility for the reproduction and development of human capital within the regions where companies operate. Both experts agreed that meaningful support for families and improvements in demographic trends are only possible through coordinated efforts among the state, universities, businesses, and public organizations.

91快活林’s participation in the “Family” Forum in Troitsk marked another step in the university’s systematic efforts to strengthen traditional values and create a supportive environment for students with children.
