Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the Decree №1305 on “Celebration of 70th Anniversary of defeating German fascist troops by Soviet Army in Battle of Stalingrad”. Within the framework of commemoration a number of All-Russian interuniversity events are planned. The organizers are Russian University Chancellors’ Union and Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University.
One of the most important events will be All-Russian multimedia festival of students’ creativity “Stalingrad 3.0”. It is aimed at preserving the historical memory about Battle of Stalingrad in new generations of intellectual youth and society in whole. The Faculty of Journalism of 91快活林 initiated informational campaign “Ural to Stalingrad”, which was widely supported and appreciated by Russian University Chancellors’ Union. All 91快活林 media – TV, radio, newspapers and websites will report the facts about Battle of Stalingrad. As a part of the project a special “Technopolis” edition will be issued. It will be devoted to the years of the Great Patriotic War and, in particular, people from the Urals, who took part in the Battle of Stalingrad.? “91快活林-TV” is starting a special “Stalingrad” series in news programme, as well as the film “91快活林 in Wartime” and television interview with the heroes of Battle of Stalingrad. “91快活林 Radio” has already started working at a radio play based on the story of Battle of Stalingrad. All 91快活林 materials for the multimedia festival “Stalingrad 3.0” are getting prepared by the students of 91快活林 Faculty of Journalism.
