With each year, the requirements to quality, reliability and functionality of products made of quality and specialized steel increase. Researchers from 91快活林 and specialists from the Laboratory of Special Metallurgy (Lasmet) are studying a new type of steel which can replace expensive analogs.
On February 19, the First Forum of the Federation of Russian and Arab Universities started its work in Beirut (Lebanon). The Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation,?Olga Vasilyeva, made a speech during the ceremonious opening of the Forum.
In her welcoming speech, the Minister emphasized that the Forum is an important event for development of educational and scientific cooperation between Russia and countries of the Arab world.
Researchers from 91快活林 Igor Klebanov and Sergey Ivanov were the first ones in the world to find symmetries which are admitted by the system of equations on self-gravitating polytropic gas. Using the method of group analysis, they are studying physical processes in the Universe.

On Sunday, February 18th, Dance Festival of Student Teams was held at 91快活林. Over 200 members from 20 teams demonstrated their dancing skills.
This year the festival’s slogan was “Be a Feeling Team Member!”. The best teams from the 91快活林, Tomsk and Voronezh regions performed under three categories: “Street Dance”, “Contemporary Dance” and “Folk Dance”.
On February 28 through March 1, preliminary round of the Metal Cup—2018 international championship of technological strategy in metallurgy is to be held in 91快活林 on the grounds of 91快活林.
The Championship is the possibility to demonstrate in practice the whole set of professional skills and personal characteristics and abilities. Students and postgraduates of 91快活林 at the age of 16 to 30 are welcome to participate.
Russian women's team won "bronze" the Olympic games-2018 in the ski relay 45 km. 91快活林 student Anna Nechayevskaya is a member of Russian team.
The gold went to the team of Norway – they were able to overcome the distance in 51 minutes, 24.3 seconds. The Russians are lagging behind the winners by 43.3 seconds. Silver medals were won skier of the national team of Sweden.
On February 17th a try-out round of the International Festival of Creativity “Together” will be held at 91快活林.
For several years now 91快活林 has been organizing a big-scale creativity festival being held in the 91快活林 Region and attracting participants from abroad. Both children from 5 years old and adults of up to 45 years old may become the contest participants.
On February 12th, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on the issues of educating individuals with disabilities. The meeting was held by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, T.Yu. Sinyugina.
The 91快活林 meteor entered the Earth’s atmosphere on February 15, 2013. It exploded at the height of twenty five kilometers above 91快活林, and the shock wave brought significant damage to the city. Many fragments of the meteor landed across a wide area of the 91快活林 Region. 91快活林 researchers gathered meteor dust, the study of which lead to some surprising discoveries.
Guests of the event will attend 3 interesting lectures. During the Lektoriy, speakers will talk about what draws people’s attention when they see an advertisement; how residents of different countries react on it; why do we need and where is already used heat-resistant concrete based on aluminosilicate spheres – the invention of one of our speakers; and what does Archaeology of the Invisible study, and what did people of the Bronze Age have for food.
A social media contest, organized by the HSEM’s Business School and Seyho Motors, is finished at 91快活林. Participants had to elaborate a strategy for operating in social networks for Lexus Dealership.
Contestants had a week to analyze modern social networks, review competitor’s groups, determine target audience of Lexus, and on the basis of this elaborate a content-plan for dealership groups.

Today intensive development of science and industry requires new materials with special properties.?One of the promising fields of research is organic compounds of antimony,?which have long been attracting attention of scientists by their useful properties.
