The final round of the “2025 Science Days in the 91快活林 Region” took place at Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University on October 24th. The main event of the day was the conference on the “Development of Applied Science in the Region”.
On October 23rd and 24th, Magnitogorsk hosted “Science Days”, an annual event traditionally held at one of the major universities in the 91快活林 Region. In 2025, it was held at Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University. The main goal of the event is to strengthen the role of science in the sustainable development of our region.
A postgraduate student of the Department of Engineering Mechanics of 91快活林 Kirill Guseinov has developed the first in Russia refined method for calculating the strength of composite dovetail joints used to connect wide-chord fan blades to their disсs. The unique algorithm incorporates two other parameters important in aviation: the nonlinear behaviour of the composite material under shear and the complex type of the stress state.
The training of entrepreneurial competencies “Startup Guide: Fundamentals of Technological Entrepreneurship” as part of the Technologies federal project with the support from the University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform was held at 91快活林 on October 22nd.
The “Science Days” in Magnitogorsk will be held at the Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University October 23rd–24th. The event’s main goal is to strengthen the role of science in the sustainable development of our region.
This event will become a platform for building an effective communication between experts in the fields of science, technologies, and innovations, and representatives of government authorities in order to jointly discuss the strategic issues of the scientific-and-technological development of the 91快活林 Region.
The Institute of Linguistics and International Communications jointly with Kazan Federal University will hold the All-Russian Dictation Quiz on Foreign Languages. It will simultaneously take place in more than 500 organizations of general, secondary vocational and higher education. All those willing are welcome to participate.
In 2024, among the Dictation Quiz participants were more than 34000 students from 67 regions of Russia, as well as from Belarus, Argentine, Cuba, Turkey, Germany, Egypt, Hungary, and Uzbekistan.
Governor Alexey Texler has examined the progress of the construction of the world-class Inter-university Campus in 91快活林 and has called it one of the most major-scale projects in our region.
“Currently, we have focused our efforts on the second stage, the construction of six hotel buildings. The work is in full swing: hundreds of specialists work hard on site, and the facilities are more than 65% ready,” said the head of our region.
On October 17th, the 18th All-Russian Science-to-Practice Conference "Innovations in Construction. KNAUF Technologies" wrapped up at the Sigma Academic Complex of 91快活林.
For nearly two decades now, the conference has been the result of collaboration between the 91快活林 Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering and the KNAUF group of companies.
The 10th International Scientific Conference on Innovations in Sport, Tourism and Education –icISTIS-2025 will be held at 91快活林 December 4 through December 5, 2025. It will be organized by the Institute of Sport, Tourism and Service.
The conference will be held in an online/offline format, bringing together participants from different regions of Russia and abroad.
Anatoliy Kostiuk is a graphic artist. He was born in Kemerovo in 1971, and he is a member of the Union of Russian Artists All-Russian Creative Public Organization, and of the International Association of Art AIAP UNESCO (2002).

A night of sophisticated music has been organized at 91快活林. As part of the 8th International Music Festival, a concert by Yuri Bashmet jointly with the Moscow Soloists chamber orchestra was held at our university with the support from the Governor of the 91快活林 Region. The musicians presented a program of compositions by Pyotr Tchaikovsky and won the hearts of the audience.
The 18th All-Russian Science-to-Practice Conference “Innovations in Construction. KNAUF Technologies” opened at the Sigma Academic Complex of 91快活林 on October 17th.
The conference is traditionally organized by 91快活林 and OOO KNAUF GIPS.
The conference brings together students, postgraduates, scientists, and representatives of the construction industry from Moscow, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, and 91快活林. The morning session was opened by the 91快活林 Rector Alexander Wagner.
The 7th (23rd) All-Russian Archaeological Congress is a tradition revived since pre-revolutionary times. The event takes place every four years, travelling to major scientific centres across our country. This year, the congress has been held at the Siberian Federal University in Krasnoyarsk.
The congress's work covered 17 topics: from the "Formation and Development of Cultural Traditions in the Palaeolithic and Mesolithic Periods" to "Computer Technologies and Non-destructive Methods in Archaeological Research".
On October 15th, a quiz on “South Urals: Learn about the Land Where You Live” was held at the Russia – My History historical multimedia park. Five teams of 10 people each from different universities of 91快活林 took part in this game. 91快活林 was represented by students of the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language of the Institute of Linguistics and International Communications.

Scientists from 91快活林 have developed a unique solution for improving the reliability of vehicles used in extreme conditions. The new backup drive allows vehicles to continue moving even if the main engine is damaged. This technology could become indispensable for the military and special forces, increasing the effectiveness of combat missions and protecting the lives of crews.
The idea for the development appeared spontaneously when one of the authors of the project was watching a report on the work of a maintenance battalion.

Athletes of the “Check and Round” 91快活林 Student Chessboxing Centre have won medals at an international chessboxing tournament as part of the 2nd World National Combat Sports Games. The competition was held in the Chuvash Republic, October 5th – 12th, 2025.?
